Day 8 - Start of Week 2

Alright. So pretty tired right now, so i'm gonna make this post as quick as possible seeing as I need to be up early to go golfing tomorrow.

Not sure if i mentioned this but the elevators at the hospital are epic slow, so I forced my dad to climb 7 flights of stairs. Needless to say, he was huffing and puffing by the end of that, and couldn't wait to sit down when we got there. Heres his victory pose.... Pretty manly huh..

So after that we went to Sham shui Poh to get some good Freaking local food. First stop was some cow innards noodle soup? I think thats the best translation i can give. "au jap mein"

After that we took a trip to the Snake shop. Was pretty cool, they had a snake tank and everything. Went there to eat snake soup. Saw some people buying snake heads and we even tried drinking the "snake wine". Which actually wasn't as bad as it sounds. The soup was awesome considering almost all the stuff i get in Toronto is just chicken as opposed to actual snake meat which I got here.

After that we just walked around and got some random stuff from Golden Arcade Computer Centre. Nothing to write home about.

Met up with Ben, Sean and Wayne afterwards. Got a new pair of Stan Smiths, which i'll put up later for those that are actually interested (heres where i try to get people to try and comment below).

Saw some weird stuff. From "asian Kid Cuddy" to all you call of duty fans out there... A holographic scope. which was actually pretty cool to play with. The lady asked us if we were interested... I told her we didnt even own a gun. She proceeded to try to sell us laser pointers instead.. lol

Also had another awesome drink today. It was mango juice with tofu pudding and sago in it. It was ridiculously good. Gotta get it again.

There were also these 2 videos we took which, honestly, at the time were a lot funnier to us then it appears. Anyways it goes up anyways. You can skip them if you want heh. Watch them in order though

Had family dinner tonight. Had some really good food. here are some pics.. pretty self explanatory. It was more a chance for the family to meet my cousin's future husband. He gets a gold star in my book. He seems very nice.

The fish is missing an eye because I ate it. No one else touched the fish head so I thought i'd kick it off... Maybe that was a hint...

Anyways, after that met up with the "gang." At.... GIOR-EFFING-DANO. They were trying to get more stuff, and it took them a good 40 minutes to figure out the stupid discount that we had acquired a few days ago. We tried the same number and pin code but to no avail. Luckily we had a picture of the receipt and they let us use the membership card. But it was pretty fail again. The birthday on the account was supposed to be mine (sept 24) but it showed up as Jan 14, and the password i set also didn't work. It was all in all really really fail.

After that, we were in for some more fail. We travelled to TST in search of desert, but in Spartan style we wasted another 2 hours literally wandering around until all the shops closed. So no dessert, we went to a 7 Eleven to get icecream at the MTR station.....

They didn't sell ice cream.

In true warrior spirit we found an upper ground 7 Eleven and bought ice cream but it sucked and we all went home. Anyways i'm tired, and gotta wake up early. Do a better update tmr.
