Day 22 - Shopping

So didn't end up sleeping until partway through of the Saints game which ended up being around 5am. Got woken up at 7am by the family back in Toronto so they could show off Thanksgiving dinner to me. Yup... No thanksgiving in HK. First time in 23 years I haven't had thanksgiving at home... quite the sad. (thus any donations for turkey upon my return will make me the happiest lad in all the land)

So took a few pictures of mike's place. Pretty cool place, kinda far, but its a new building and around 600 sqft.

That white couch is where I slept.. Worst excuse for a sofa bed ever...

Although I was dead tired it was totally worth it. If I don't move to HK to work.. honestly Football is a big reason.

Anyways I got home around 9am and passed out until around 1:30pm. Was pretty late so I got up, hit up the MCd's and visited grandma.

Finally tried the MCwings. They were good. but not as good as the hype. Above average rating.

The fries taste different here. Better i think.. honestly.

After that, met up with Brian and Ricky to go shopping at MK. Went to Sino Plaza (i think its called that) and saw some interesting shops. We were basically looking at video games for Ricky and Brian and random knick nacks. Pretty chill waste of a day.

Oh yea saw this shop.... what do you think it sells?

Surprisingly... it actualyl sells JUST pictures. Its not nude pictures... its just pictures... weird.

So Ricky found this gem. Its a Solar Powered Flashlight. I remember making that joke in Grade 3... I can't believe it actually exists now. (seriously theres no battery its pure solar powered and it works)

DRAGON BALLS!!! i actually wanted to buy this. But no where to put it in my room..

On the way to buying a suit me and brian saw this.... No comment.. Really no comment

Anyways...

So afterwards went to go buy a suit. Managed to talk the lady down from $680 to $580hkd... Thats not bad i guess.

Afterwards went to eat ramen with Ricky, Winnie, Leo, and Brian.

Giant pe... i mean sausage. 42cm!

Clams in Sake.

Grape drank. with Calipis. This thing was amazing.

Pork neck ramen. with level 1 spicy. Pretty decent.

Soy milk pot with veggies and tofu. It was kinda bland at first but it had its subtle taste after awhile. Not bad.

Went to YoMAMA afterwards for some dessert

What everyone got. Me and ricky weren't very creative.. we got "original" with oreo crumbs....

Saw these dogs.. Beautiful huskies (i think) but i dont know how they stand the heat...
